How to Use / Application Guide

1. Prepare the Concrete Mix
Prepare the concrete mix according to the required project design. Use clean materials, correct cement content, clean water and good quality aggregates.

2. Shake the Product
Shake or mix the jerrican before use to ensure the liquid admixture is uniform.

3. Add During Concrete Mixing
Add SikaControl®-110 WT KE into the concrete mix during batching or mixing. It should be properly dispersed in the mix.

4. Mix Thoroughly
Allow enough mixing time so that the admixture is evenly distributed throughout the concrete.

5. Place the Concrete Correctly
Place and compact the concrete properly to avoid honeycombs, voids and weak sections.

6. Cure the Concrete
Cure the concrete properly after placement. Good curing is important for strength, durability and performance.

7. Follow Technical Advice
For exact dosage and project-specific use, follow the Sika product data sheet or consult a Sika technical representative.

Important Application Tips

Do not apply it directly on a wall or slab surface like waterproofing paint.

Do not use it as a replacement for proper waterproofing membranes where those are required.

Use correct concrete mixing, compaction and curing methods.

Store in the original sealed container.

Protect from frost, direct sunlight and contamination.

Do a trial mix before using it in major concrete works.
