Pidilite Pidifine 2K 112 – Waterproofing Slurry

Pidifine 2K 112 is a high-performance, two-component, polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing slurry. Specially formulated to provide long-lasting protection against water penetration, it forms a flexible and durable barrier over concrete and masonry surfaces. Pidifine 2K 112 is ideal for both positive and negative side waterproofing and is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

Application:

1. Surface Preparation:

   • Clean the substrate thoroughly to remove dust, grease, and loose particles.

   • Dampen the surface before application—avoid standing water.

2. Mixing:

   • Mix the liquid and powder components as per manufacturer instructions.

   • Stir until a smooth, lump-free slurry is achieved.

3. Application:

   • Apply the first coat using a stiff brush or roller.

   • Allow the first coat to dry (approx. 4–6 hours) before applying the second coat at right angles to the first.

   • For enhanced performance, embed waterproof mesh between coats.

4. Curing:

   • Keep the surface moist for 24–48 hours after application.

   • Protect from direct sunlight and heavy rain during the curing period.
