• How to Install PVC Marble Sheet Using  Conta (Contact Adhesive)

  Using Conta adhesive ensures a strong bond between the PVC marble sheet and the surface. Follow these steps for a smooth installation:

  Tools Required:

  ✔ PVC Marble Sheet
  ✔ Conta (contact adhesive)
  ✔ Measuring Tape
  ✔ Cutter/Utility Knife
  ✔ Clean Cloth
  

  Installation Steps:

  1. Prepare the Surface

     • Ensure the wall is clean, dry, and free from dust or grease.

     • If the surface is uneven, smoothen it using sandpaper or filler.

  2. Measure and Cut the Sheet

     • Measure the wall space and mark the dimensions on the PVC marble sheet.

     • Cut the sheet to size using a utility knife or saw.

  3. Apply Conta Adhesive

     • Spread Conta adhesive evenly on both the wall and the back of the PVC sheet.

     • Allow the adhesive to dry slightly until it becomes tacky

  4. Install the PVC Sheet

     • Carefully align the sheet with the wall and press firmly into place.

  5. Seal the Edges

     • If necessary, apply a thin bead of silicone sealant along the edges for a seamless finish.

  6. Allow to Set

     • Let the adhesive cure fully (12–24 hours) before cleaning or decorating.
