1. Measure the Area
Measure the total wall or ceiling area where the cladding planks will be installed.
Formula:
Total area ÷ 0.45m² = number of planks required
Add 5–10% extra for cutting, wastage, corners, windows, doors and edge finishing.
2. Choose the Colour Finish
Select the preferred finish depending on the design: Teak for a warm natural wood look, Walnut for a darker premium look, or Golden Sand for a light modern finish.
3. Prepare the Surface
Make sure the wall or ceiling surface is dry, clean, level and firm. Remove dust, loose paint, oil, weak plaster or any uneven material before installation.
4. Plan the Layout
Decide whether the planks will run vertically, horizontally or diagonally. Vertical installation can make walls look taller, while horizontal installation can make the space look wider.
5. Mark the Fixing Lines
Use a pencil and level line to mark where the planks will be installed. Proper marking keeps the cladding straight and neat.
6. Cut the Planks Carefully
Measure and cut the planks according to the wall or ceiling layout. Since the planks are prepainted, cut carefully to avoid chipping the finished surface.
7. Apply Adhesive or Fixing Method
Apply suitable construction adhesive at the back of the plank, or fix using nails/screws depending on the surface and installer’s method. For uneven walls, a timber or metal support frame may be needed.
8. Fix the Planks
Press or fix each plank firmly into position. Keep the spacing and alignment consistent for a professional cladding finish.

Use trims, mouldings or finishing strips on corners, edges and joints where needed. This helps protect cut edges and gives a cleaner final appearance.
10. Final Cleaning
