Area Coverage Calculation
Length: 50 metres
Width: 3 metres
Coverage = 50m x 3m = 150m²
So, 1 roll covers approximately 150 square metres before allowance for overlapping, tying, cutting and site wastage.
For better installation, always allow extra material for edges, overlaps and fixing points.

Installation Process
Step 1: Measure the Site Area
Measure the scaffolding, building side, balcony, warehouse opening or construction area to be covered.
Step 2: Cut the Safety Net
Cut the net according to the required size. Leave extra allowance for tying and overlapping.
Step 3: Prepare Fixing Points
Use scaffolding pipes, steel frames, support wires, timber supports or building edges as fixing points.
Step 4: Fix One Side First
Start by securing one side of the net using cable ties, ropes, clips or wires.
Step 5: Stretch the Net Gently
Pull the net across the area. Do not overstretch it because this may weaken the mesh.
Step 6: Secure All Edges
Tie all edges firmly to prevent the net from sagging or being lifted by wind.
Step 7: Overlap Where Necessary
When joining two pieces, overlap them properly and tie the joint securely.
Step 8: Inspect Regularly
Check the net during the project to ensure it remains firm, especially after wind, rain or heavy site activity.
Installation Tips
- Use strong cable ties or ropes for scaffolding installation.
- Do not leave open gaps at the sides or bottom.
- For high-rise use, ensure fixing is done by qualified site personnel.
- Allow extra net for overlaps and secure finishing.
- Inspect the net regularly for tears, loose ties or damaged areas.
- Replace damaged sections immediately for better site safety.
