How to Use the JTMAX 3-Inch Gasoline Water Pump

Place the pump on a firm, flat surface near the water source.
Connect the suction hose to the inlet side of the pump.
Fix the strainer/filter basket at the end of the suction hose to prevent stones, leaves and dirt from entering the pump.
Connect the discharge hose to the outlet side.
Fill the pump chamber with clean water before starting. This is called priming.
Add petrol to the fuel tank and check engine oil level before use.
Open the fuel valve and set the choke if starting from cold.
Pull the recoil starter to start the engine.
Allow the pump to run and check that water is flowing properly.
After use, switch off the engine, allow it to cool, then drain any remaining water from the pump body.
